How long does each phase take?
It depends on the destination. In a VIP Strategy Day we move through Clarify, Diagnose and Design in one day. In a Destination Partnership the full cycle usually runs over the 6-month initial term, then repeats for the next destination.
Do I need to start at phase one?
Yes, but it starts in your free CLARITY Session, so you are already in Clarify by the time we decide whether to work together.
