What does a business mentor do?
A business mentor shares hard-won operating experience so you make better decisions, faster. That means honest feedback on your plans, lessons from what has worked and failed before, and someone to check the big calls against.
What is the difference between a mentor and a coach?
A coach helps you find your own answers; a mentor shares what they learned doing it. In practice I do both, depending on what the decision needs.
Do I need to be in Sydney?
No. Mentoring sessions run online, so I work with owners anywhere in Australia and overseas.
How much does business mentoring cost?
Ongoing 1:1 mentoring through the Destination Partnership is $3,500 a month + GST. The Strategy Within Board is $2,000 a month + GST, and a one-off Starter session is $795 + GST.
