About these terms
By using strategywithin.com.au or booking any service, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.
Each paid engagement is also governed by a written coaching agreement. If that agreement and these terms differ, the coaching agreement applies.

What coaching is, and isn't
Coaching is a collaborative, thought-provoking process that supports you to clarify your values, leadership and decisions. The answers are yours; our role is to help you hear them.
Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or psychological, medical, financial, legal or tax advice, and is not a substitute for them. If a need for these arises, we will encourage you to seek an appropriately qualified professional. You remain fully responsible for your decisions, actions and results.

The free CLARITY and Strategy Sessions
The 30-minute CLARITY Session (called a Strategy Session for professionals still in employment) is complimentary and carries no obligation to purchase.
We may offer a limited number of complimentary sessions at any time and may decline a booking where coaching isn't an appropriate fit.

Programs, bookings and payment
Prices: are in Australian dollars and exclude GST, which is added at the applicable rate. "From" prices are the starting price for each program. Your exact investment is confirmed in writing before you commit.
Strategy Within Starter: one 90-minute deep-dive strategy session, a written clarity report, a 30-day action map and one follow-up call. Paid in full when booked. No ongoing commitment.
Strategy Within Collective: an 8-week small-group program of eight weekly 90-minute live group calls online, for up to 10 participants, plus one 60-minute 1:1 coaching session. Your place is confirmed once your application is accepted and payment is received.
Strategy Within Core: an 8-week program of up to eight weekly 1:1 sessions of up to 55 minutes each, offered following a CLARITY Session. Paid in full before the first session, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Strategy Within Intensive: a 3 to 6 month program of weekly 1:1 sessions of up to 55 minutes each, with consulting, a business audit and a systems review. Offered following a CLARITY Session. Payment terms are set out in your coaching agreement.
Elite CEO Partnership: a 12-month program of weekly 1:1 sessions of up to 55 minutes each, plus up to two calls of up to 20 minutes per calendar month between sessions (unused calls do not carry over), a business audit, a systems review and quarterly strategy reviews. Limited to four clients per calendar year. Entry is by application and following a CLARITY Session. Payment terms are set out in your coaching agreement.
VIP Strategy Day: a single day of up to seven hours of facilitated strategy work, in person in Sydney or online, followed by a written strategy summary and 90-day action plan. Travel outside Sydney is charged separately. Payment is due in full when the date is confirmed.
Contact between sessions: Core, Intensive and Elite CEO Partnership clients may email between sessions. We reply within one business day (Monday to Friday, excluding NSW public holidays).
Free workshops: the monthly live workshop is free and carries no obligation to purchase.
Unpaid invoices: sessions may be paused until an overdue invoice is settled.

Rescheduling and cancellations
Life and business happen. Please give at least 48 hours notice to reschedule a session, using your booking link or by email. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice, may be counted as delivered.
If we need to reschedule, we will give as much notice as possible and offer a new time at no cost to you.
A Collective cohort runs only when at least six participants enrol. If we cancel or postpone a cohort, you may choose a full refund or a place in the next intake. Missed group calls cannot be made up individually.

Elite CEO Partnership
These terms apply in addition to the rest of this page. Your coaching agreement sets out the final details.
Applications: places are limited to four clients per calendar year and are offered at our discretion, following an application and a CLARITY Session. Applying does not guarantee a place, and we may decline an application where the partnership is not the right fit.
Term: the partnership runs for 12 months from your first session. Weekly sessions not used within the term do not carry over beyond it.
Payment: either in full before the first session or in instalments as set out in your coaching agreement. Where you choose instalments, the full fee for the term remains payable unless the agreement says otherwise.
Between-session calls: up to two calls of up to 20 minutes per calendar month, booked in advance during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Sydney time, excluding NSW public holidays). They are not an emergency or on-demand service.
Pausing: you may pause the partnership once, for up to four weeks, by giving at least seven days written notice. The term is extended by the length of the pause.
Quarterly reviews: progress is reviewed each quarter against the destination and measures agreed in writing in your first session.
Ending early: either of us may end the partnership with 30 days written notice. If we end it, we refund the fees paid for any full months not delivered after the notice period. If you end it, refunds are as set out in your coaching agreement.

VIP Strategy Day
Confirming a date: your date is held once payment is received in full.
Rescheduling: you may move your date once at no cost with at least 10 business days notice. With less notice, we will credit the fee toward a new date within three months, less any non-refundable travel or venue costs already incurred.
Travel: for days held outside Sydney, travel and accommodation costs are quoted and agreed in writing in advance.
Deliverables: your written strategy summary and 90-day action plan are delivered within five business days of the day.

Ending coaching and refunds
Either of us may end a coaching relationship at any time, for any reason, subject to your coaching agreement. If we end it, we will refund any sessions paid for but not delivered. If you choose to end it, refunds for unused sessions are set out in your coaching agreement.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Your responsibilities
To get the most from coaching, we ask that you:
come to sessions on time, prepared and in a private space;
be open and honest, and tell us if something is not working for you;
let us know if you are receiving medical or mental-health care that may be relevant; and
in group workshops and cohorts, keep what other participants share confidential and treat everyone with respect. We may remove a participant whose conduct puts the group at risk.

Our commitments
Jeremiah is working towards the ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential and coaches in keeping with the ICF Code of Ethics: maintaining confidentiality as described in our Privacy Policy, being honest about our qualifications, disclosing any conflict of interest, and never making false claims about the results of coaching.

Outcomes and the Core commitment
The Core commitment is the one exception to the paragraph below. It applies to Strategy Within Core, Strategy Within Intensive and Elite CEO Partnership journeys only.
What you get: up to four additional coaching sessions at no charge. This is the full extent of the commitment. It is not a refund, has no cash value and cannot be transferred.
Baseline: in your first session we agree your destination and two or three measures of progress in writing. Progress is assessed against those.
Participation: you attended every scheduled session (with no more than one reschedule, given with at least 48 hours notice) and completed and recorded the actions agreed between sessions.
How to claim: email us within 14 days of your final scheduled session. Additional sessions must be used within 60 days of that final session.
Once only: the commitment can be claimed once per client.
Your rights: this commitment is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

No guaranteed outcomes
Coaching outcomes depend on many factors, most of them in your hands. While we are committed to your progress, we do not guarantee any particular business, financial or personal result.

Intellectual property
The content, frameworks, worksheets and materials on this website and in our programs belong to Strategy Within or its licensors. You may use materials provided to you for your own personal and business development, but please do not copy, sell or distribute them without written permission.

Testimonials
We only publish a testimonial, name or story with your written permission, and you can withdraw that permission at any time. We will never disclose that someone is our client without their consent.

Third-party links and tools
This website links to and embeds third-party services such as booking calendars and video platforms. We aren't responsible for their content or availability, and their own terms apply.

Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss arising from the website or our services is limited to supplying the services again or refunding the fees you paid for the services concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or opportunity. This does not limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies from its "last updated" date. Changes will not affect a coaching agreement already in place without your consent.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
